A passionate couple dedicated to building a vibrant community online where faith, fellowship and flavorful experiences comes together.
Pastor Robert and Pastor Jenny serves as hosts of Coffee and the Word, and they are delighted to share their journey and passion for serving Christ with you.
Their journey began at a young age when both of were converted to Christianity in the early 90s. This life-changing experience set them on a path dedicated to serving God and the community. Their first ministry was a humble but crucial role: cleaning the sanctuary. Through this, we learned the importance of serving with a joyful heart in even the smallest tasks.
In 1998, they took a significant step in their lives by getting married. This union strengthened their commitment to their faith and their calling. They have four children David 34, Charlie 32, Moriah 25 and Timothy 13. Following their marriage, they both became ordained ministers, feeling a deep calling to guide and inspire the next generation. For over a decade, they pastored the youth ministry, nurturing it into what it was at the time possibly the largest youth ministry in New York City. This period was marked by profound growth and transformation, both for them and for the young lives they’ve touched.
Pastor Robert earned a Bachelor of Science in Christian Ministries, while Pastor Jenny holds two Master degrees. These academic achievements have equipped them with the knowledge and skills to lead and teach effectively.
With over 30 years of ministering experience, their mission remains clear: to share the love and teachings of Jesus Christ, to serve their community, and to foster spiritual growth in others. They are grateful for every opportunity to minister and look forward to many more years of service.
